ELGA Cromaflux 300B

Cromaflux 300B is a high basicity, non-alloying agglomerated flux for submerged arc welding of austenitic and duplex stainless steels. It is ideal for both butt and fillet welding at currents up to 900 A on a single wire. Slag detachability is excellent leaving a smooth, bright bead surface finish. The high basicity level produces a low content of microslag inclusions and ensures very good low temperature fracture toughness properties.

Applications: For use with Sub Arc Wires 308L, 316L, 317L, 309L, 312 and Duplex.
